Gricha Raether

About me

Gricha Raether has more than 20 years of experience in senior management and international business. ​

Before moving to Mexico in 2010, Gricha lived in Austin, Texas for 13 years, where he was director of sales and marketing at one of the largest defense consulting firms in the United States.

Since his return to Mexico in 2010, Gricha has held the position of General Director and Country Manager in Fintech or financial technology companies. He has also offered his services as a business consultant for American and European companies to open operations and expand their markets in Mexico and Central America. ​

Gricha graduated as an Electronic Systems Engineer from Tec de Monterrey, obtained an MBA from Baylor University in Texas, and later received several Senior Management certifications from IPADE. ​

Gricha was born in Germany and in addition to being a citizen of that country, he is an American and Mexican citizen. Apart from his professional activities, he is the president of the Asociación de Colonos de La Herradura in Huixquilucan, a member of the board of directors of the American Society, a political analyst, a professor of international business at the Anahuac University in undergraduate and MBA courses, as well as at the Monterrey Tech; President and founder of the Tourette Mexican Foundation and was the representative of the US Democratic Party in Mexico for the last 4 years.
